This presentation will focus on all the components and features of our LSS vision benefits through EyeMed that full-time employees are eligible to take part in, with coverage beginning the first day of the month in which they hit their 90th day of employment. Part-time employees may also become eligible to enroll in these benefits if they average 30 or more paid hours during an ACA measurement period.
