CRITICAL TERMS IN RELIGIOUS STUDIES 1 The DEPARTMENT OF RELIGIOUS STUDIES offers the Honours course - REL4010F CRITICAL TERMS IN RELIGIOUS STUDIES 1 Dr Louis Blond The course focuses on the theoretical frameworks, methodological approaches, and keywords in the academic study of religion. The course develops a vocabulary that will be useful for students in any specialised field supported by the postgraduate programme in Religious Studies. Sessions are devoted to exploring: Religion, Religions, Religious; Belief and Rationality; God and Person; Experience and Gender; Body, Image, and Relic; Performance and Sacrifice.
