Framework for Post-Grant Sustainability Planning 1. Define desired post-grant impact goals for your project 2. Work through these steps This framework was developed in order to make sense of the various types of definitions in play among funders we spoke with. This is essentially a logic model for defining the steps needed to achieve sustainable outcomes. Rather than offering a list of specific recommendations, we suggest projects follow a logical process in thinking through what they will require to achieve the desired impact POST GRANT. From those impacts, define necessary actions to take, the costs those actions will incur, and a plan to identify sources of support to cover those costs. QUESTION: Does this bring us closer to having a shared vocabulary about sustainability, if not one shared definition?
