Casa del Mar Beach Hotel the buyer will acquire the beachfront hotel property. All licenses and approvals to operate the hotel will be transferred to the buyer. The hotel was built 1998/1999 and is fully operational. The beach hotel has thirty rooms with balconies facing the beach varying from 30 m2 to 50 m2, six 50 m2 beachfront bungalows and conference room for 100 guests.
