Proposals Check ‘Disclosure Status’ in PD displayed in Key Personnel tab below person’s name

Proposals In Proposal Development (PD): Check Disclosure Status when PD is in Approval Pending status only (i.e., PD is routing) Notify the Investigator if status is “Not Yet Disclosed” OR “In Progress” (means a disclosure has not been submitted yet) ORS Director approval required to submit to Sponsor when an Investigator has not submitted a disclosure
