Master Planning Steps Survey and assessment of facilities (in progress) Determine scopes of improvements with end user input Could be renovation of, or addition to, an existing facility Could involve a change in location to another facility Could be a new building at current or new location Prioritize Projects and estimate Total Project Costs Identify funding source for project

Looking ahead for facility planning – questions regarding facilities graded yellow and black (major repair or end of useful life): What functions are needed in these facilities or their replacements? What other functions might be compatible with the functions you need to address? What are key features needed either to maintain or to add and enhance facilities? Is there a better location for this function than the current one?
