1.1 YWCA Creating Equitable Organizations Selection Criteria Does your organization possess a willingness to: Identify a staff liaison for this project (Change Team Leader) Create a Change Team within your organization to implement the types of approaches and tools in your organization that you will be training others to use Conduct a staff climate survey and/or cultural audit Commit to host training for staff and your Change Team in the first year of the project Does your organization have capacity to: Continue to deepen your capacity and competencies Develop a Diversity Statement for your organization Integrate inclusion change recommendations into your current structures for benchmarking and accountability  

1.2 YWCA Creating Equitable Organizations Application Form Some information that will be helpful as you embark on this process and create your Change Team: What is your total number of staff? What are your overall workforce demographics broken down by race/ethnicity & gender: What are your leadership demographics broken down by race/ethnicity & gender: Who do you identify as your client/customer? What is your business’s Mission Statement? What is your business’s Vision Statement? What is your business’s Diversity Statement (if you have one)? What are ways your organization intentionally creates inclusion among staff? What are areas you have identified where your organization could be more inclusive? Does your organization have an Inclusion Change Team? If so, please provide race, gender and leadership level demographics for this group. Why are you interested in pursuing an Equity & Inclusion Change Process?
