Eligibility Entered the United States before age 16 and are currently younger than 35 Have been continuously physically present in the United States for at least 5 years prior to enactment Have a high school diploma or GED, or have been accepted to college Demonstrate good moral character Is not admissible or removable for crimes or national security reasons And was never under a final order of exclusion (subject to limited expectations)

Undocumented Students Giving an opportunity to an illegal alien, can lead an immigrant to accomplish any goal, just like any other American citizen. Making A Diffrence in America… Legalizing high school graduate Immigrants, and Immigrants in general with an Immigration Reform or some type of amnesty can lead America to a better success in the future. These immigrants have a reason to be in America; these individuals chose to seek a successful life, not just for themselves but for their family as well. Unequal rights will lead to priority that will drive these immigrants further into shadows and be treated as a second-class individual
