TITLE OF THE PROJECT AWARENESS ON VARIOUS SOCIAL SECURITY SCHEMES FOR RURAL WORKERS IN INDIA

BACKGROUND THOUGH NOT COMPREHENSIVE, BUT STILL THE MASS HUGE WORKFORCE IN INDIA ARE UN AWARE OF VARIOUS AVAILABLE SOCIAL SECURITY SCHEMES IN THE COUNTRY LIKE EPF, ESIC, UNORGANIZED SECTOR SOCIAL SECURITY SCHEMES , SSA FOR POOR AND MGNR EGA.

JUSTIFICATION PRESENTING A COMPREHENSIVE AWARENESS PROGRAMS IN RURAL UN ORGANIZED SECTOR WILL GIVE A MOVE IN THE MINDS OF WORKERS TO GET IT OR AVAIL IT BY FORMING IN TO TRADE UNION OR NGO.

OBJECTIVE TO GIVE A COMPREHENSIVE IDEA OF SOCIAL SECURITY SCHEMES TO 2OO SELECTED RURAL TRADE UNION LEADERS

ACTIVITIES TO DISCUSS AND FINALIZE THE FOLLOWING PROGRAM WITH THE PERMISION OF BHARATHIYA MAZDOOR SANGH (BMS),INDIA FIRST TO PREPARE A COLLECTION OF VARIOUS AVAILABLE SOCIAL SECURITY SCHEMES IN INDIA IN THE FORM OF LEAFLET, POSTERS,BROCHERS AND CD.

TO TRAIN AT LEAST 50 PERSONS OF DIFFERENT GROUPS ON THE AVAILABLE SOCIAL SECURITY SCHEMES IN INDIA , ONCE IN THREE MONTHS , THUS TO TRAIN AT LEAST 200 WORKERS IN A YEAR WHO CAN TAKE IT TO NEXT DOOR OF WORKERS THEN TO ORGANIZE SMALL SEMINARS ON SOCIAL SECURITY SCHEMES IN SELECTED GROUP OF WORKERS IN NEXT 12 MONTHS INITIALLY , AT LEAST ONE SEMINAR IN A MONTH FOR A GROUP OF 50-75 SELECTED WORKERS WHO CAN TAKE IT TO OTHER AREAS.
