Common Goals based upon Mission and Purpose 1. Mission – What is our ministry? Objective oriented plan 2. Purpose – Why do we exists? Reason for being. 3. Vision – What are we trying to accomplish? Seeing-oriented. 4. Philosophy of Ministry – Why do we do what we do? Value oriented, shapes organizational culture.
