Introduction In epidemiology, prevalence is the proportion of a particular population found to be affected by a medical condition and disease burden is the impact of a health problem in an area measured by financial cost, mortality, morbidity, or other indicators. Due to huge number of population, Bangladesh faces double burden of diseases : Communicable diseases & Non- Communicable diseases. 2Wednesday, February 27, 2019

Methods Pre study survey To collect data we selected Sadar(250 bedded) hospital which one is government hospital, queens hospital (100 bedded private hospital ) and sishu hospital (73 bedded). Permission form hospital To conduct this survey we need to get permission from each hospital. For that we submitted application forwarded by our chairman.
