Foundation Principles   Chickasaw Point was developed as a “common interest” owner-occupied residential community. Growth and renewal are important to the continued sustainability of this enterprise. Our community is poised for growth but a well-kept secret. We have and always will work together as a community to promote our value proposition.

Master Planning Conclusions Based on interviews and market studies with POA Board, community surveys, external meetings with realtors and county officials, and vision sessions with property owners. Given - Must maintain infrastructure integrity (water, roads, etc.) In Process - Adopt rustic elegance design model for remodeling and construction of community facilities No Go - Determine if “Pocket Communities” are feasible Golf Team - Conduct golf course enhancement projects for increased membership and rounds played Priority A - Formalize plan to have singular community social event location Priority B - Evaluate converting community center to Wellness / Fitness Center

Accomplishments to Date   Improvement to CUCO infrastructure to support continued growth Upgrade automated entrance system Golf projects to upgrade sand traps, cart paths, driving range, etc. Completed tennis court/pickle ball expansion review Adopted rustic elegance design strategy / Initiate mailbox standardization Update and standardize signage on Hwy 11 and within the community Create welcomes environment by updating entrance and gate house
