Traditional ICT/BMS Building VS Smart Building Converged Building subsystems are typically treated in isolation, each requiring its own specific cabling, interconnection topology, and its own set of protocols (sometimes proprietary and closed to various extents). Multiple separate networks with different cabling requirements Multiple control environments needed Complex integration between subsystems Vendor lock-in Lack of common user management interface Complex integration and cabling of new systems after completion of the building, often requiring non-optimal retrofit workarounds Ethernet has become the de-facto standard for high speed wired communication for several reasons: The hardware required to implement Ethernet ports is relatively inexpensive Ethernet circuitry is relatively small Ethernet ports come as a standard in every computer Ethernet supports various speeds, from 10 Mbps to many Gbps Ethernet physical layer allows the use of twisted copper (shielded or unshielded) and optical fiber (multimode or single mode) Since Ethernet networks are widely deployed today for communication subsystems in new buildings, it is recommended to connect all the other building subsystems via the same technology. Platform – Smart Parking Benefits Improved customer experience Increase revenue with more customers visiting & using the facility Enhanced security on-site Utilization of every space decreases CO2 emissions Provide the owners and visitors with real-time availability by space, zone, garage and more Reduce search time to eliminate circulating search process Define policies within the garage such as Short Stay Spaces Reduced staff for manual license plate inventories Reduce installation time Reduce visual clutter Features PARK Finder: simply enters the plate number , user account or parking ticket (scans barcode) at a touchscreen kiosk or on a smartphone app PARK Alerts: integrated LPR built into camera based system, specify policies and rules for selected zones, durations or license plates. PARK Select-Rate: system allows to designate spaces for premium and conditional pricing, A color-coded LED on the sensor attracts premium parkers to those spaces, PARK Surveillance: their dual cameras for each vehicle during its entire stay in a parking space. This provides an expanded level of security. PARK Reserve: Specific type of space can be reserved for a predetermined time frame. Private & Confidential

Platform – Teleworking Key services: High definition video and content sharing Rich media conferencing Enablement of mobile and remote workers Business-to-business video communications Capture transform and share Integration of on-premises and cloud video solutions Benefits: Call control is centralized at a single location and serves multiple remote sites. Management and administration are centralized. Common features are available across all video endpoints. Single call control and a unified dial plan are provided for video endpoints. Critical business applications are highly available and redundant. Private & Confidential

Silicon Park Integrated Operations Center - IOC The Integrated Operations Center (IOC) is the central nerve of the Silicon Park and displaying all events to enable an optimal way of managing all Silicon Park smart services operations (controls and commands) through dashboards and analytics views. This robust solution is powered by distributed cutting-edge technologies and will provide great versatility to monitor the Silicon Park with customized distributed dashboards. Private & Confidential
