What are Aerodynamics and Air Resistance? By: Joshua Vayle

What Is Aerodynamics? Aerodynamics are how you minimize air resistance The more aerodynamic something is the less air resistance it will endure You make something more aerodynamic by changing its 3-Dimentional shape Some 3-Dimentional shapes are more aerodynamic than others For example, a sphere is more aerodynamic than a cube

What is Air Resistance? Air resistance is friction created by the air pushing against things in the air The faster something is going in the air and less aerodynamic something is the more air resistance it endures For example air resistance is pushing against a football when you throw it

Questions I am going to ask 3 questions I will call on one person to answer each question Now lets get started!!!

1. What do aerodynamics minimize? A: Air resistance B: Aerodynamics C: Heat

The Answer The correct answer was A: air resistance

2. Air resistance is formed when what pushes against things in the air? A: aerodynamics B: air C: friction

The Answer The correct answer is B :Air

Which is True? A: Aerodynamics and air resistance are the same thing B: Aerodynamics are how you increase air resistance C: Aerodynamics are how you minimize air resistance

The Answer The correct answer is C: Aerodynamics are how you minimize air resistance
