The importance Physical activity can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing some diseases, like diabetes cardiovascular disease and cancer. Physical activity gives you long term benefits like feeling good, having a healthy lifestyle, improved mental health and can provide a way for you to hang out with friends while still having fun and being productive.

Physical activity is fun! There are many ways to have fun while doing physical activity such as games like basketball, soccer, volleyball, badminton, football and many others, but remember you have to be doing physical activity for at least 25 minutes to start burning fat. There are also many physical activities and options you can take in junior high such as physical pursuits, collegiate sports, fitness, and a variety of sports.
