Goals Describe the Big Five Personality Dimensions

What affects performance? Your personality affects your behavior and human relations, you your personality is a good predictor of your job performance. Personality is the word commonly used to describe an individuals collection(total Persona) Defined as the set of traits that aids in explaining and predicting individual behavior.

Type A or Type B? Type A: Described as fast moving, hard driving, time conscious, competitive, impatient, and preoccupied with work. Type B: Laid Back, slow moving, relaxed, calm Which sounds like you???

Locus of Control Another two-dimensional personality classification method is locus of control Are you an internalizer or externalizer? Based on ones beliefs as to whether external or internal forces control on ones destiny. Successful people know that they are in control of their lives, and they are happy and successful because they work at it.
