What is value system? Value is the principles or standards, which you regard as important in your life and work. It is the underlying motivation behind individual’s behavior. Has great influence on individual’s career choice and development

Occupational values They are the essential items that you expect to obtain from the work. They are the characteristics or properties you pursuit when you undertake working activities which can satisfy your inner needs (Super, 1970). The value guides you to choose occupation It will provide a basis for exploring careers Of course, occupational values should be related to other factors, such as your abilities and interests.
