Performance Summary April 17 – December 17 Gas Servicing Homes Rents Repairs 12.41 is the average number of days it takes us to let an empty property 98.42% of the rent we are due this year has been paid 97.18% of repairs were completed right first time 100% of our homes have a Current Gas Safety Certificate £394.07 is the average debt for each tenant who is currently in arrears 92.59% of repair appointments were kept 275 properties have been let Complaints Anti Social Behaviour 312 complaints were received, they were about the following… 309 ASB reports were received, they were about the following… 87% were resolved as ‘Quick Resolutions’ The remaining were resolved in an average of 6 Calendar days.
