R Referee Basic Position: 1.10 to 12 yards deep - 1 yard outside TE

R Referee Basic Position: 1.Positions himself on the QB throwing arm side. If QB is right handed, line up on the right side of the field.

R Referee Basic Position: 1.Positions himself on the QB throwing arm side. If QB is left handed, line up on the left side of the field.

LJ HL HL and LJ – Basic Positions 1.On the Line of Scrimmage 2.Toes on the out of bounds line

LJ HL HL and LJ – Keys 1.Snap, tackle, then read run or pass 2.On run plays, read action at point of attack and spot progress of ball

LJ HL HL and LJ – Keys 3.On pass plays, HL and LJ are primary responsible for the widest receiver on their side of the field 4.Secondary responsibility for second receiver in on their side of the field

LJ HL HL and LJ – Keys 5.HL and LJ coordinate with BJ to cover receivers in different formations (will be shown in subsequent slides)
