Team Work This Week WEDNESDAY WEDNESDAY NIGHT – Before midnight In-class – Team Introductions/Presentation Team Name Membership Overview of your charter agreement WEDNESDAY NIGHT – Before midnight Blog Post – Team Introduction and Charter

Team Charter - Ideas Ground rules for good membership Meetings: frequency, location, times, attendance expectations, absence notifications Decision-making protocol: how will you do this, and how will you manage disagreements/ties? Individual roles (leadership, minutes, writing, editing, proofing) who is responsible for what? Communication protocol before, during and after meetings: who, what, how etc…? Accountability and enforcement? Goals for the Team How will you agree to make changes to the charter? Special Team Attributes: Name, Moto, Song, Bird, Flag, Dance, Movie, Food etc…

Interview Article Interview Article

Interviews (begin by 4:10) Activity: You will interview your new team members to learn more about how they fit in your organization Write down three interview questions you think will help you learn more about your team members. The first interviewee has the earliest birthdate in the calendar year (so January 1, would be the first person to interview, December 31 would be the last) The person to the interviewee’s RIGHT will lead the first series of questions. Each team member asks one question for their team member to answer Once the interviewee has answered one question from each team member… that interviewee leads the next round of interview questions for another team member…. And so on until all team members have led an interview, and also have been interviewed.

Debrief How’d it go? What went well? What was difficult? Any really hard questions? Any really good answers? What would you do differently?
