Goals and objectives objectives Goals • Review training assessments to ensure that they promote organizational goals. • Incorporate video and, simulations into training. • Train instructors in multiple formats, responsive design and mobile learning. • Align training with organizational goals. • Explore multiple training formats. • Incorporate more social learning tools.

Strategies to Utilize These Trends Provide specific information the employees need, when and where they need it. Create videos, simulation and, or gaming for online training demonstrations and all it takes is a computer and, or a mobile device. Be flexible in designing training for multiple formats. Use blended courses, responsive design, and mobile learning. Use more effective social learning tools such as micro blogs and video (Nielsen, 2015).
