Meeting Object Becomes a part of the conversation Collaborate prior to meeting Review decision points and take-aways after the meeting Cloud recording
Migration What does it look like?
What do you want to do with it? Replace Skype Persistent chat and Meetings Create a collaborative extranet Re-organize file structure Before you migrate to Teams you need to figure out what you want to use it for.
Leave files where they are File Storage Leave files where they are Teams can be rolled out w/o ever moving a single file!!!! Teams can make it look like you moved everything without ever moving a thing. Leave all files in place and just point to them from within Teams.
Pitfalls Saving files to Teams, does not display the shortcuts added to the files tab. Saving files to Teams from Outlook saves them in the root and NOT the channel folder
