EXTORTION Part of Speech: Noun Definition: Getting money by threats Sentence: He was found guilty of extortion and faces 20 years in prison.

ADVERSE Part of Speech: Adjective Definition: Unfavorable, harmful Sentence: Drinking too much caffeine may cause the adverse effect of sleep loss.

ASSET Part of Speech: Noun Definition: a valuable thing to have Sentence: Her flexibility was an asset in the dance competition.
