Who? 11) Risk Mitigation - If you’re seeking investment, have you considered how much money will be spent before revenue comes and over what timeframe? - If your revenue/sales assumptions aren’t met then have you considered a Plan B? 3) Core Validation - Has the idea been validated on the target customer? - Has an MVP (minimum viable product/pilot) been completed> - How much time or money have you invested to date? - Has this idea changed since you came up with it? 5) Impact Metrics - State your impact goal/mission clearly in few words - Have you incorporated/registered your company yet? And if so, what is the structure (eg for profit, not for profit) - What kinds of metrics are you using to measure social impact? 9) Investment - Who are the current owners/board members (if applicable)? - Investment ask (what are you looking for? For collaborators? Coworking space? Seed investment?) - If looking for investment, then do you expect this amount will get you to the point the enterprise is making a profit/breaking even?
