REQUESTING ACCESS TO FMBS If you have not established an MWR MIS Portal Account, request MWR Portal access by doing the following: * Go to https://cloud.mwr.army.mil/ * Click on “Accounts” icon at top right. Follow the instructions given. 2. Once you have an MWR Portal account, go back to the MWR MIS Portal at https://www.cloud.mwr.army.mil 3. Under the Global Application column click on “FMBS Web” 2 3
4 5 4. The FMBS Web Consent Page will come up. Click on the “I Agree” button. Non-registered users will get a page that tells them they are not registered and request the user to click the “here” link at the end of the line to register. Click the “here” link. 4 5
6 7 Complete the registration form that comes up -- First Name -- Last Name -- Commercial Telephone number -- Check the Receive E-mails box (the system will send you automated e-mails when you status is approved or changed) -- Type of Access Requested? Select either Garrison, Region or Headquarters. Garrison users please select GARRISON and your garrison FMBS Administrator will receive an e-mail that you have requested access. Vet Fund users please select HEADQUARTERS to route the request for access. --Comments. Please enter information that will help the Application Administrator set up your access level, e.g. what garrison(s)/location(s) you will need to access. 7. 8 After clicking the “Submit” button you will get a message that your FMBS Web access request has been submitted. The Application Administrator (MWR Financial Manager) will receive an system generated e-mail stating that your application is waiting to be processed. If you have not received back an e-mail with a day of submitting your request, please contact your MWR Financial Manager.
