Avoiding Repetition When we write, we try not to repeat the same words all the time. We use some words like the subject and the object pronouns.

Ex: 1- I saw some boys. They were running. Subject pronouns : He , she , It , We , They , You Ex: 1- I saw some boys. They were running. 2- My father is rich. He has a palace. 3- Did you see Mona? Yes. She was cooking.

Object pronouns : him , her , it , us , them , you Ex: 4- Did you meet the students? Yes. I met them. 5- My father is kind. I like him. 6- Did you see Mona? Yes. I saw her.

Ex.1: Choose the correct answer: 1- Ali is my friend. …… is very clever. a- She b- They c- I d- He. 2- My mother is a great cook. I love ….. so much. a-she b- her c- we d- you.

Ex.2: Correct the bold word with a suitable pronoun: 1- Samy is the top of the class. She got ten out of ten. Samy is the top of the class. He got ten out of ten.

Writing

Answer: I have three meals a day. For breakfast, I have eggs, juice and a slice of bread. I also have some fruits like bananas and oranges. For lunch, I have some meatballs, pasta and some sauce. For dinner, I have a burger, some fries and a coke. I always eat different kinds of food every day.
