A THREE YEAR INITIATIVE TO CREATE LOCALLY OWNED AND SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS USING SOCCER AS THE VEHICLE FOR SOCIAL CHANGE.

The Hat-Trick Initiative: 3 Goals in 3 Years Goal 1 We send our coaches to selected partner communities to work with local teachers, volunteers and children for up to 12 weeks/year over 3 consecutive years. We develop a local Chance to Choice curriculum and Chance to Lead volunteer program. Our unique online mentoring is established and ensures continuous improvement.

Working with Soccer for Conflict Resolution and Female Empowerment Goal 2 We obtain funding for selected community teachers and coaches to train in other developing communities around the world to gain valuable educational and social experiences for up to 12 weeks. We share ideas and best practices.
