SEED & HARVEST annuity knowledge you can use! Freedom Financial Advantage, LLC Gilbert L. Peacock (704) 905-9867

Good seed to good soil, for a good harvest! “The land produced vegetation-all sorts of seed-bearing plants, and trees with seed-bearing fruit. Their seeds produced plants and trees of the same kind. And, God saw that it was good” Genesis 1:12 (NLT). “As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest, cold, heat, summer and winter, day and night will never cease” Genesis 8:22 (NIV).

Motivation for movement Motivation for movement! “Hard work brings profit, but mere talk leads to poverty!” Proverbs 14:23 You can do a lot, with a little. “It is not where you start, it is where you finish!” Small beginnings can lead to a big finish! The more you seed, the more your harvest. “You reap what you sow.” If you don’t seed anything, you don’t harvest anything. Don’t be afraid of the unknown, but afraid of the unproven. It is hard to finish something, if you don’t start anything!

What is the point? You can start (seed) an annuity, and create a lifetime income(harvest). The annuity may be opened with Qualified(Pretax) or Non-qualified(After-tax) money. The annuity may be opened with a lump sum payment or a series of payments. The annuity can pay you back in a lump sum or a series of installment payments An individual retirement account (IRA) can be opened with pretax money known as a Tradition IRA or after-tax money known as a ROTH IRA. With an IRA there are limits on annual contributions based on age and annual income. With an annuity you create a lifetime income and/or long-term care benefits for yourself and spouse. And a death benefit to your beneficiaries, based on contract or accumulation (cash) value.

Types of Annuities: (They can facilitate Lifetime income, Long Term Care & Legacy benefits) FIXED – An annuity that grows with a fixed or guaranteed rate of interest much like a certificate of deposit (cd). It grows tax deferred which means the money cannot be tax as long as is in the account. Products are usually three to ten years for maturity. You can take our some money after the first year while growing to maturity. FIXED INDEXED – An annuity that grows based on the performance an external index i.e. S&P 500 or NASDAQ 100. The limits are set by the insurance companies. The annuity grows tax deferred. These products are usually 10 to 16 years for maturity. Because they are longer term products they usually pay bonuses on your premium and may offer guaranteed interest income calculations and long term care benefits.

More things to consider about an annuity… The fixed and fixed indexed annuity are consider to be conservative or low-moderate from a risk standpoint.(safe to protect your seed and harvest) These products are the designed for the client’s money not to be subject to loss due to voliatity of the stock market.(proven) It always matter where and with whom do your business, relative to company and service. Check the rating of the insurance company.(good soil for your seed) Annuities are designed to be long term not liquid like a checking or savings account. This should be money for you and your families’ future. “God says I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11 In that same way Freedom Financial Advantage, LLC, wants to develop a plan. A plan to prosper you not to harm you. A plan to give you hope and a future.
