TEAM WORK HOME WORK— EARN PROJECT SCORE Imagine yourselves to be news commentators for an American, a British or a French newspaper during the 1930’s. Choose an act of aggression committed by Germany, Italy or Japan during this period. Your assignment is to: (a) Prepare a script which is a newscast that describes the aggression and recommends how the western democracies should respond to it. (You may choose to support the policy of appeasement or propose military or other actions. Give reasons for the course of action that you suggest.) (b) Draw a political cartoon to illustrate the viewpoint contained in their news cast. You must be prepared to present your assignment to the class. All assignments need to be typed. Include the names of each team member and the TASKS that each team member did. THIS WILL BE DUE Tuesday, 3-24-09!
