Why Read & Study for YOURSELF? Such a basic question, one that seems so obvious: You’ve heard it said countless times, “Read your Bible. Study your Bible!” The sad fact is that very few, even among God’s people, do much reading & studying of God’s word FOR THEMSELVES. Should we just accept that most will continue to get all they know about the Bible from those that teach them? Somehow, we need to find the motivation to read AND study for OURSELVES.
