Figure 2 Mean of nonprotein (NP) calories and of proteins administered daily in the three groups over the first 3weeks from start of enteral nutrition. Means are adjusted for body weight. No difference in the time course of nutrient administration was observed. The only statistical difference regarded the absolute amount of nonprotein calories, which was lower in patients with normal renal function (P < 0.001).
