Login Page: Step 1: Call (772) 919-7075 to record your name. Step 2: Login to the website https://martincounty.eschoolsolutions.com User ID is your employee ID without the leading zeros. PIN – DDYY of your date of birth. You should be active in the system within 5 business days after being fingerprinted.

Complete your profile Be sure to enter an email address and your 11-digit callback number. YOUR NAME

Customize your schedule Specify your preferred locations and unavailable dates (system defaults that you are available to work at all locations and all school days).

Helpful tips View videos under the Help menu for helpful tips and how to use the system. YOUR NAME

System call times: The system will start calling at 5:00 am for jobs that are available today. The system will call between 4pm – 9pm for future jobs. Helpful tips: Watch the video for Schedule under the Help menu to customize when the system calls you. Get on priority lists!! Schools can place a substitute on their priority call list. The system will call the substitutes on the priority list first.

Activity and Cancelling Jobs Watch cancellations!! If you must cancel at the last minute, give a courtesy call to the school secretary ASAP! Be committed to your assignments - don’t cancel a job at one school to pick up an assignment at the last minute at another school. This creates a hardship for the schools and they can place you in a “Do Not Use” status. You must work at least once during the school year. Otherwise your status will be changed to inactive for next year and you will have to complete the hiring process again.
