INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND Igara Growers Tea Factory Ltd is a Tea Factory Located in South Western part of Uganda in Kyamuhunga, Igara West , Bushenyi District.

PROBLEM STATEMENT It is complicated for Igara Growers Tea Factory to process payments for farmers who have supplied tea leaves or acquired loans from the factory.

Contn This is because records are entered separately in excel sheets and sometimes on paper which makes it inefficient, time consuming and inconvenient.

OBJECTIVES GENERAL OBJECTIVES To computerize all the activities of farmers’ payments right from Supplies to sending payment records, and Processing Loans of the applied farmers to Banks of particular period.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES To analyze current farmers’ payment process at Igara Tea Growers Factory. To gather data relatively for payment processing at Igara Growers Tea Factory. To design and develop a system that reduces manual labor and speedup working times and improve efficiency at Igara Tea Growers Factory.

METHODOLOGY Rapid Prototyping
