Introduction Quality Control- an aspect of ensuring that certain specifications are achieved from previously collected empirical data Quality Assurance- a system set in place to ascertain that certain specifications are achieved throughout a production process Project management- The art of ensuring delivery of a process or a product within the specified time period and within certain acceptable parameters (quality) in order to achieve a specific goal
