Shiseido Hong Kong Limited 2019 Summer Internship Program

Objectives Give Year 3 Fashion Retail and Marketing students a holistic experience in the retail business by offering exposures in different functions, including marketing, business development, digital, eCommerce and other business partner functions Attract and develop young talents for Shiseido HK Enhance the employer branding in the industry

Program details Launch Period: Jun – Aug 2019 Selection Criteria and Process: Outstanding students in class performance & meet our assigned job requirement and expectation Passionate about the industry Need to go through interview process for selection, Institute of Textiles and Clothing to conduct initial selection and Shiseido HK will conduct final selection

Job Description Brand Building Job duties include: Conduct market research and internal analysis, develop & propose plan for execution Design, organize and execute different campaigns/ programs/ events for the following initiatives : Brand Building Customer Journey Touchpoint Analysis Mobile Platform Development Identification of Effective Social Media for Attracting Millennials Social Channel Design Employee Experience & Learning Journey Design Business Performance Enhancement through Effective Finance & Supply Chain Management

Job Description Job duties include: Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners/ agencies to ensure smooth execution of the assigned projects within the agreed time frame Review & analyze the performance outcomes against the objectives, make recommendations and presentation to management team for continuous improvement

Compensation Plan A monthly allowance ($9,000) will be granted to students. MPF contribution Flexible Working Hour (each intern can choose the preferred working hour with endorsement from assigned mentors) 5-day Working Days (Mon – Fri) Provision of Employee Compensation Shift Working Hour A 08:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m. B 08:30 a.m. – 05:30 p.m. C 09:00 a.m. – 06:00 p.m. D 09:30 a.m. – 06:30 p.m. E 10:00 a.m. – 07:00 p.m.
