It is a living system in all Automotive Plants, steared by Operational Excellence Department. Process optimization with a main focus on stocks and material flow. Results are visisble on the shopfloor and the DSC-rating is proofing the efficiency (71 points) We like the high motivation of management for environmental protection, safety, LEAN and employee motivation. Gentherm hat seit 2010 ein Lean Production System (BPE) aufgebaut und dieses permanent und konsequent weiter entwickelt. Die ständige Verbesserung der Prozesse mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Bestände und Materialfluss liegt im Fokus. Ein klarer Roll-out Plan für die nächsten Jahre existiert. A clear roll-out plan exist, up to the stage using the data for ease of product reliability testing and release. The company is recognized as a global SE partner for Bosch, the DSC-rating is on a high level. The management is fully supporting the lean and I4.0 activities.
