South-South Cooperation According to IMF, since 1990’s only a handful of countries managed to advance to the level of developed economies. Hong Kong, Israel, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Cyprus, Slovenia, Malta, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania. South-South Cooperation aims at creating a common, vocal and stronger stance among nations of «Global South» against the pending economic inequalities in the world system.
