Workshop Goals Rationale for implementation of sound Human Resources practices in parishes and organizations with a faith-based foundation Presentation of infrastructure of human resources Informational Legal Procedural Provision of information about HR “body of knowledge”

Managing Parish Talent What does it take: To think strategically about Human Resources? To manage healthy organizations? To get the best out of people? To develop talent? To plan for succession? To use effective HR strategies for the sake of mission?

Business Practices and Church Goal: To advance the effectiveness of our parishes and Church organizations in achieving our mission. Implementation of sound human resources policies in ways that respect and value our faith-based identity.
