PATH GOALS To teach and support our transition age students within our District to reach their potential educationally, vocationally, and personally. To provide meaningful services to our community
PATH PROGRAM Developed for transition age students; Instruct within the community Support student in contributing to our community Currently 10 students under PATH Umbrella Mrs. Mary Henegan, Coordinator PATH Program. The PATH Program is housed in the Brookline Facility.
THE PROGRAM Students receive academic instruction in: Reading and Math Career and Vocational Health and Nutrition Community Based Instruction Employability Skills Resume Writing Application Completion Mock Interviews Independent Living (provided by the DCIU)
THE PROGRAM Instruction occurs both in the classroom setting at Brookline and in the community. One full time Special Education teacher (Mary Henegan) w/ support from one part-time Special Education teacher provide specific academic instruction Two full-time para-professionals/job coaches to assist our students.
