Who is Mrs. Light? I’ve been a teacher for 11 years: in Round Rock, Humble and Splendora. Born and raised in Mexico, and moved to the US when I was in 7th grade. My 8th grade year, I joined One Act and theatre became a place where I felt I belonged and has been my passion ever since! I graduated from UT Austin with a B.F.A. in Theatre Studies.

Mission For The Class: As a teacher of Theatre Arts, it is my goal to instill an appreciation of the arts in students. Help students gain confidence and respect for themselves as they embark on a journey of self discovery through the characterization and production process. It is my goal for all students to gain an understanding of all aspects of theatre including technical aspects and the history of theatre.
