PRIMUS BRAZIL VoIP Timeline 2001 – Start with wholesale termination – Brazilian routes; 2002 – On net Voip for all Matrix subsidiaries in Brazil (20 POPs); 2002 – Start originating traffic in Brazil – OSP platform; 2003 – First tests with SIP GWs and Testing with Vocal platform; 2004 – Start VoIP sales using Primus US routes (Network Extension Product); 2004 – Starting development of own SIP platform in Brazil; 2004 – Testing customers started to use the service; 2004 – Improving developments and new basic features added; 2004 – Own TDM and SIP/H323 Interconnections with Brazilian and Int’l carriers;
