Thesis Definition: A sentence written to persuade or prove an idea. Her thesis was that children should eat less candy. Synonyms: Statement Argument Antonyms: Question Guess

Loathe Definition: To feel extreme dislike Sentence: I loathe broccoli and will not eat it! Synonyms: Dislike Detest Antonyms: Love Like

Rapidly Definition: Ain a way that is very fast Sentence: My heart beat rapidly as I waited in line to ride the huge rollercoaster! Synonyms: Fast Quickly Antonyms: Slowly Leisurely

Convey Definition: To make it known Sentence: Writers use strong words to convey the feelings of the characters in their stories. Synonyms: Communicate Tell Antonyms: Refrain Hide
