I send out a letter to everyone who is on the INPUT distribution list of the next deadline. Be sure to provide me with your name and email address so I can get you on this list. Don’t feel you need to wait until this deadline, however, before getting the information to me! Your event needs to be on a website, and getting the url to me is the most important piece of information I need. Providing the title, etc. to me is gravy. Please Capitalize the First Letter of All Major Words in the Title. Some information on your chapter on your website might be a nice touch. I will draft up some words to promote your event which I grab from the abstract, but feel free to provide your own as well.
