Classroom Management Class Dojo Wow Wall 4 x 4 Class Incentive Chart Students earn points throughout the week to cash in for various items Friday is “cash-in” day Wow Wall Students put their names on the Wow Wall when recognized for excellent behavior/character 5 Names are pulled when it is full for a special lunch with the teacher 4 x 4 Class Incentive Chart Positive class recognition Compliment from other teachers Great job walking in line Etc….

Homework Never for a grade Due on Fridays (unless otherwise noted) Math should take no more than 10 minutes per night Reading needs to be 25-30 minutes each night

Classwork/participation: 5% All subject areas Summatives: 70% Formatives: 25% Classwork/participation: 5%

Quick Checks: Summatives: shorter assessments in the process of learning Summatives: longer assessments cover more than one standard available for grade recovery
