With over 30 years experience working in a range of fields in government and senior management Ange is a respected strategic thinker and highly experienced leader of teams. She has an excellent ability to foster relationships to expertly develop and implement major organisational strategies, communications, and information management projects. She has a sharp emotional and social intelligence and a natural inclusive style that encourages others to strive to realise their full potential. This has been highly successful in her management of teams and programs she has delivered to long term unemployed women. Ange believes that regional people, especially women have a wealth of talent and are a determined bunch. She passionately wants to empower them to be all they can be. Ange has lived in farming communities in northern N.S.W all her life. She has enjoyed a successful career without having to leave the area, though sometimes there were times she did think she had to. She is married and draws much inspiration for her creative writing and speaking from raising three wonderful women who are now creating their own unique life stories.
