PHS Schedule Change Policy: What you need to know… - pg. 7 You need to take this step of the process very seriously. The course change policy will be strictly enforced. Remember…If you COMMIT to a course and you are CAPABLE, you will be expected to COMPLETE the course. This includes year long courses. You will not be allowed to drop any course that is listed on your course request sheet.

PHS Schedule Change Policy The student needs to enroll in a required class. The student is enrolled in a class for which he/she has already received credit. The student has not met the prerequisite for the class. The student has an incomplete schedule. A teacher recommends the student advance to a higher level course or that the student moves out of the course due to failure of 1st semester. IF YOU WANT A SCHEDULE CHANGE TO REQUEST A SPECIFIC TEACHER, IT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

What happens next? Fill out your enrollment sheet. Choose classes that YOU are interested in. Have your parent/guardian sign your enrollment sheet. Discuss your course choices with your parent/guardian. On February 12 & 13 counselors will come to your English class to enroll you. You MUST have your enrollment form completed and signed in order to enroll.
