What to do in an asthma attack ?? By Janice,Inka,Alec,Xander and Zach

Sit the person upright so they can breath easier. Step 1 Sit the person upright so they can breath easier.

Step 2 Keep them calm while you get a friend to get their inhaler and get a teacher or adult.

Step 3 Give them a puff of their reliever inhaler every 30-60 seconds and repeat.

Step 4 If they are still breathless call 999 and give them the reliever inhaler until the ambulance arrives.
