STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES SUPPLY LIST (Same as the Galileo Middle School Supply form sent by Mrs. Nunez)  Pencil and Paper 3 subject or 5 subject spiral- notebook Graph paper (¼”) - 25 sheets Folder with pockets and holes GRADING Tests/Quizzes: 40% Assignments: 50% Projects: 10% Half credit can be earned back on corrected assignments and tests/quizzes.
