VOLUNTEER CHECKLIST Send a copy of your Working With Children Card (or receipt of it being lodged) If you haven’t done so, please register online! Please make the payment via the link ($30) events.cym@perthcatholic.org.au

REGISTRATION Wear your nametag at all times! Visitors = stallholders/keynote speakers/workshop presenters Please swap your lanyards once you finish your roster to enjoy the festival  FRIDAY NIGHT WRISTBANDS Under 18 = Green 18+ = Purple/Lilac SATURDAY & SUNDAY NAME TAGS 15 below = Red 16-17 = Red + Black Stickers 18+ = Blue Volunteers = Marine Blue Visitors = Yellow

EXPECTED CONDUCT Abide by code of conduct you signed Be positive and helpful Take time out if needed Be on time Be respectful of participants and other volunteers Be safe! Be responsible Be confident in your role! 

REGISTRATION Sign-in in registration desk and inform your Team Leader! Wear black and closed shoes! Strictly NO high heels!

RISK MANAGEMENT Evacuation plan is to go to the oval area Locate emergency exits/nearest exits Keep patrons calm and usher to the oval Have spare torches (ushers and parking) Evacuation Area

RISK MANAGEMENT Entrance denied if building capacity exceeded Any suspicious behaviour, please report to team leaders or CYM staff

RISK MANAGEMENT Anyone without lanyard is not allowed inside the premises (excluding Caterer) Anyone leaving the premises before event finishes must sign-out at the registration Offer for pairs of volunteers to walk anyone leaving alone

RISK MANAGEMENT Drink enough water Take vitamins Dress appropriately for cold weather First Aid Post – St John Ambulance (Room H01) Volunteer resting room is accessible at all times (quite room) Incident/injury report at registration desk

SAVE THE DATE Thursday, 5th July 2018 – Set Up Day from 10am at Corpus Christi College Wednesday, 18th July 2018 – Veritas Volunteer Thank You Dinner, starts with Mass from 5.30pm at CYM Seminar Room
