EDF Energy’s Position The 3 week switching timetable should start after the cooling off period has finished as: Reduces the likelihood of erroneous transfer Improves customer experience Provides an opportunity to ensure required information is present and accurate Limits impact on Shipper and Transporter systems CONFIDENTIAL - Title of presentation © 24 November 2009 EDF Energy plc. Potential Solutions – Interim until Nexus/Smart Reduce the Supply Point registration date so that it can be 10 business days after the Supply Point Confirmation Reduce the objection deadline to 5 business days Reduce the notifications for confirmation and objection to same day CONFIDENTIAL - Title of presentation © 24 November 2009 EDF Energy plc.
